Updated record limits for Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts

The record limit for purchase order and goods receipt imports is now 120 records per minute per organization (burst 1,000) and 150 per minute per holding (burst 1,500), applying to both create and update endpoints. Purchase orders and goods receipts require more downstream processing than other core data types, and the previous allowance admitted imports faster than they could be processed, delaying them for every organization.

Limits for contacts and all other core data types, and the request limit, are unchanged. Integrations that pace on the Retry-After header need no changes. See the Rate Limiting Policy.
