What does the Candis API offer

Candis currently offers three different APIs for pulling and sending data to Candis.

Candis Export API
Candis Core Data API
Candis Invoice Data API

Candis Export API

The perfect solution for connecting to accounting programs or ERPs. The Candis Export API is similar to the manual export from Candis (via the Archive). However, rather than manually downloading a CSV file, customers can automatically export approved invoices, including pdfs, and related data to an accounting solution or ERP via the API.

A user can recognize in Candis whether a retrieval has taken place or not. Manually sending or downloading of the data as a user is excluded here.

Candis Core Data API

The Candis Core Data API is for businesses where Candis is not the leading system for master core data. It can be used to upload and create the master core data of a third-party system in Candis. We offer both updating and archiving via this API.

Candis Invoice Data API

The Candis Invoice Data API enables customers to export invoice data at any point in the approval process. Whether they want to pull invoice data from Candis into, e.g. a Business Intelligence or a Project Management tool for further analysis and reporting, or they want to generate accruals based on the invoices that are still in the approval process, this API offers these options and much more.
